The focus of this ministry is to reflect on the Sunday readings with our children during the 10:30 Mass on Sunday. Facilitators for the Children's Liturgy of the Word are women and men who have a special gift with children and wish to communicate God’s word to the children of the parish.

This is an excellent opportunity for Spiritual Growth!

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you might consider becoming a

Childrens Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) Catechist

As a CLOW catechist you would have the opportunity during the 10:30 Mass to help children 5 through 10 years of age  to

explore the Sunday Readings on their OWN level.  The children leave Mass during the Liturgy of the Word (about 15 minutes)

and return to their parents during the Offertory.  All materials, resources and training are provided. The commitment of each

catechist for this valuable litugical ministry is approximately once every 6 weeks for the 15 minute time period during Mass (not
